Authentic Thermage FLX in Seoul ranges from KRW 800,000 to 3,000,000 (USD 600–2,250) at Delight Dermatology Clinic in Gangnam, depending on tip type (face, Eye Tip, or body), total pulse count, and treated area. A standard full-face session is KRW 800,000–1,800,000; face + neck KRW 1,500,000–2,500,000; Eye Tip KRW 400,000–900,000 (typically an add-on); body per area KRW 1,500,000–3,000,000. Final price is set at consultation.

Thermage FLX in Seoul is priced as a range rather than as a single figure. The range reflects how much the tip type, the total pulse count and the treated area change the underlying cost of a session. The bands below are indicative of where authentic Thermage FLX sessions currently fall in the Seoul market; the final figure for a specific patient is set at consultation. KRW is the primary currency; USD is shown as an approximate reference and varies with the exchange rate.

Indicative ranges by area

AreaRange (KRW)Approx. (USD)
Face (full)~ 800,000 – 1,800,000~ 600 – 1,350
Face + neck~ 1,500,000 – 2,500,000~ 1,100 – 1,850
Eye Tip (periorbital)~ 400,000 – 900,000~ 300 – 670
Body, per area~ 1,500,000 – 3,000,000~ 1,100 – 2,250

Where a session lands in the range is driven by the pulse count and the tip used. A standard face Thermage runs at roughly six hundred pulses; sessions at a substantially lower pulse count are priced at the lower end of the range but also deliver a more limited clinical effect. The Eye Tip is normally an add-on rather than a standalone booking; quoted on its own it typically adds something on the order of thirty to fifty per cent to a face-alone price. Body Thermage ranges are broader because the same anatomical "area" can differ several-fold in surface (an inner arm versus a full abdomen). Promotional offers in Seoul advertising Thermage well below this range are sometimes older-generation devices or shortened protocols rather than authentic full Thermage FLX sessions.

How Thermage prices compare to Ultherapy in Seoul

Patients often weigh Thermage against Ultherapy (microfocused ultrasound). The two devices target different tissue depths and produce different effects, but the Seoul price brackets overlap substantially. The table below is a cross-modality reference at Delight Dermatology Clinic.

Ranges reflect indicative Seoul market pricing for authentic-protocol sessions at Delight Dermatology Clinic. Combined sessions are quoted at a single negotiated figure rather than the simple sum of single-modality prices; final figure determined at consultation. Ultherapy is covered in detail at the sister site ultherapy-seoul.com/pricing-seoul.

What determines the actual price

Three variables decide the final figure. The first is the tip — face tips, the Eye Tip and the body tip have different unit costs and deliver different per-pulse energy profiles. The second is the total pulse count, which scales with the area being treated and with the laxity the clinician is aiming to address; more pulses means more dermal heating and a more pronounced clinical effect, up to the point where additional pulses no longer add response. The third is the area itself — a face Thermage on a smaller bone structure uses fewer pulses than the same plan on a larger area, and a body session on the abdomen uses substantially more pulses than an inner-arm session.

What the price does not include

The Thermage session price covers the device session and the clinician's time. It does not include adjacent procedures — Ultherapy, fillers, lasers, threads — which are quoted separately when they are part of the overall plan. Topical anaesthetic is included where used; oral analgesia, which is rarely required with the FLX vibration handpiece, is also included when used.

Why pricing is transparent up front

Patients flying into Seoul for Thermage need an honest estimate before they book travel, not after. The ranges above are calibrated against actual recent sessions at the clinic and are updated as device and consumable costs change. There is no premium for being an international patient and there is no discount for booking a body area in combination with a face session beyond what the consultation reflects on the actual pulse count.
